OV for Business
Designing an end-to-end B2B platform for companies to manage employee visa applications, payments and travel-related services.
Overview
I designed the Corporate Admin experience across the OV B2B platform, from onboarding and visa applications to order management, employee management, reporting, account settings and corporate wallet payments. The project involved designing both core platform workflows and new services as requirements evolved, while keeping the experience consistent across a growing B2B product.

Designing the End-to-End Platform
My work spanned the broader Corporate Admin experience rather than a single feature.
Key areas included onboarding, visa applications, order approvals, employee management, reporting, account settings and corporate wallet management.
The selected screens provide a snapshot of the platform across the dashboard, order management, reporting and corporate wallet.

Visa Concierge Experience
Visa Concierge provides customers with a one-to-one consultation to help with their visa application. As the service concept evolved, I explored different ways of integrating booking and payment into the customer journey.
Option 01 treated Visa Concierge as an optional service within the visa application journey, introduced after visa selection and before payment.
Option 02 explored a standalone service landing page where users could learn about the service, select a date and complete payment in one flow.
Option 03 condensed the three-step booking flow into a compact sidebar component, allowing users to explore the service content while keeping booking readily accessible alongside it.

Simplifying Employee Bulk Upload
Corporate administrators needed an efficient way to onboard large groups of employees using an Excel file without restarting the process whenever the uploaded data contained errors.
I designed a validation and correction workflow that identifies duplicates, existing employees, missing information and invalid field values before the import begins.
Administrators can filter the uploaded records to find rows requiring attention and edit incorrect values directly within the table. Existing employees and duplicates can be skipped automatically, while the upload can proceed once all blocking errors have been resolved.
This turns what could otherwise be a repetitive upload-and-correct process into a guided workflow that helps administrators resolve issues in context.
